Mr. Clark retired from the practice of law in 2018. During his 43 years of practice, he engaged in civil litigation, business law, creditor’s rights law, zoning law, land use and development, appellate practice and mediation. A majority of his services involved litigation and appeals in the state and federal courts of Maryland and include issues in contracts, real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, employment agreements and development cases. In addition to his extensive experience with the Baltimore County Board of Appeals and other organizations, he also participated in organizations that are dedicated to the revitalization and redevelopment of the community.

Mr. Clark obtained his Certificate in Basic Mediation Training in 2014 and has completed training in Advanced Mediation, ADR in the Business Litigation Context, and Mediation for Real Estate/ Land Use.
